What is a telephone consultation ?
We always offer patients a telephone consultation and this is usually the same day. The doctor can asses you over the phone and decide if you need to be seen. Often your problem can be dealt with without being seen which saves appointments for those who need them. It is a very efficient way of dealing with things as the doctor can make 3 or 4 calls in the same time as one appointment. If the doctor does need to see you after assessing you he/she will always book you in somewhere. Please consider using this service as you might find it works better for you than having to come to the surgery.
