We will no longer be issuing on-the-day requests for REPEAT prescriptions. Please order your repeat items in plenty of time.

You can only order a repeat prescription for medication which your GP has prescribed and arranged to be on repeat.You cannot order medication for a new problem.

(1) In person by completing the repeat order slip found on the right hand side of your last prescription. Simply complete an deposit in the red box on the wall in reception

(2) On the telephone - call 01522 530334 and press option 2 (10am to 4pm)

Prescribed Items

We do not dispense prescriptions on the premises however there is a  chemist shop located nearby. If you are housebound many local chemists offer a delivery service. Please ask at reception for further details.
